We had a jumping castle for our son’s third birthday party. We cannot be happier. Kids had great time. Castle arrived and was set up on time. We have also hired couple of tables and some chairs. Dealing with Austin was super easy. They were very responsive, friendly and accommodating.

What a big success today has been. Great service and costumer service. The jumping castle was absolutely amazing. We had the Brick Bouncer castle, big and impressive once blown up. People kept coming and ask where we got it, even the kids from the party next to us (they have a jumping castle from another company) kept coming because ours was much bigger and fun. I highly recommend Austin Jumping Castle. Everything was smooth from 1st contact to the end. Will book again

I hired a castle 6 weeks before my birthday. All fine there. Called 3 weeks before date and asked to change date, that was confirmed over the phone. Called to make sure all was well 4 days before event to find the castle was booked somewhere else. Austin showed no sympathy and said the date hadn’t been confirmed. He didn’t apologize once. Zero stars for customer service.
